Section 1 – Agreements and Limitations

1.01 Upon purchasing Hope Chest Plus software the CUSTOMER agrees to the following:

1. This agreement is in force as soon as the Hope Chest Software is used by the CUSTOMER.
2. The CUSTOMER shall not hold HOPE CHEST SOFTWARE, LLC liable for any losses beyond the purchase price of the software.
3. The CUSTOMER understands and agrees that HOPE CHEST PLUS is not guaranteed to be suitable for any specific purpose.
4. The CUSTOMER understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for abiding by the terms of use of Family Search and violation of those terms by any means is not the responsibility of HOPE CHEST SOFTWARE.
5. The CUSTOMER understands and agrees that HOPE CHEST SOFTWARE does not guarantee HOPE CHEST PLUS to function beyond the date of purchase.
6. The CUSTOMER understands and agrees to the fact that Family Search can at any moment make changes to their website which would render HOPE CHEST and HOPE CHEST PLUS entirely dysfunctional and that HOPE CHEST SOFTWARE, LLC is not responsible for any loss of data or functionality as a result of such changes.
